Morning taxi from Gruž to Old Town harbour, then the Lokrum ferry. Your guide allows 2–3 hours on island paths, the Dead Sea salt lake and Fort Royal viewpoint back toward the walls.

Getting there from the cruise port
Ships dock at Gruž (Gruz) commercial cruise terminal, 2.5 km from Pile Gate. Allow 10–15 minutes by taxi to the Old Town walls or 25–35 minutes on foot along the waterfront. Confirm your all-aboard time and keep a 60–90 minute buffer — summer queues at the city walls ticket office and Mount Srđ cable car can add 20–30 minutes to your return.
